Include in support requests

  • Your Pikka account email or OAuth provider.
  • The approximate time of the issue.
  • The daemon platform and app version if relevant.
  • Do not send private keys, bearer tokens, source code, or sensitive logs unless support explicitly asks for a redacted sample.

Account deletion

You can delete your Pikka Cloud account from the mobile app under Settings, Account, Delete Pikka Cloud account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the account address and request deletion assistance.

Service status

If relay or login is degraded, include the error message shown in the app and the daemon region or host type. Do not include tokens or credentials.
